Our story
From problem to solution
Every milestone in our history is a step toward the same goal: making signing a contract in LATAM as reliable as it is inviolable.
The idea is born in Bogotá
We identified that thousands of companies across LATAM were losing time and money with physical signatures and paper contracts. The solution had to be blockchain-first, not an adaptation.
Launch and first clients
We launched the first version of Docublock Signature with immutable blockchain. The first clients in the legal and real estate sectors adopted the platform in Colombia.
Expansion to 10 countries
We added legal frameworks for Mexico, Chile, Peru, Ecuador and more. We launched facial biometric verification and multichannel OTP. We surpassed 10,000 monthly signatures.
CLM: the complete contract lifecycle
We launched the CLM module with 7 integrated phases: AI creation, negotiation, multilevel approval, signature, repository and analytics. Docublock became a full end-to-end platform.
REACH Latam & 19 countries
Selected for the REACH Latam 2025 cohort, the PropTech acceleration program of the National Association of REALTORS®. Active legal presence in 19 countries across Latin America.
